WD Apps works on Android and it requires WD Hardware GPS version.
WD App connects to WD Hardware by bluetooth.
Currently, WD Apps supports XMax Water Detector and the Hydroscan Water Detector.

Installing WD App is easy, just search WD Water Detector on Playstore and you should be ready to go.

Maps can be displayed correctly after selecting a project. Without a project, maps can only show position, without capability to save points and route. Map position is real time, it will be displayed on the screen. Wherenever internet network available, current position will be shown on top of google map.
Routes can be recalled, displayed on the map, and deleted, after a project selected. It is because routes live in a project. Routes can be used to display how far has been the water detection takes.
